Villas - Reserva da Luz and Salema
Two homes, one vision of quality and trust. Stuart chose J.A Duarte & Filho to bring two distinct residential projects to life, both marked by attention to detail, strict adherence to deadlines and a close relationship with the entire team.
Villa - Salicos
Located in Quinta dos Salicos, Carvoeiro, this 379 m² villa strikes a balance between technical requirements and integration into the landscape. It stands out for its adaptation to the natural terrain, structural precision and attention to detail in the finishes.
BMW facilities
We were responsible for the construction of the BMW facilities in Portimão, a project that stands out for its modern architecture and high-quality finishes. This project reflects our ability to respond with technical rigour and efficiency to demanding challenges in the commercial sector, ensuring a functional, aesthetically striking space that is in line with the brand’s high standards.
Algar - Excavations, Earthworks and Formwork
In 2020, our team took on a major challenge for the Algarve company, completing the excavation, earthmoving and structure construction phases in just four months. Thousands of cubic metres of earth were moved in a continuous operation involving around 40 machines and trucks operating daily, ensuring efficiency, coordination and quality at every stage.
Finisterra Warehouses | Sagres
The Finisterra Warehouses project, located in Porto da Baleeira, Sagres, consisted of the construction of an industrial warehouse and its supporting infrastructure, in a particularly demanding context from a technical and logistical point of view. The proximity to the sea and the natural constraints of the site required rigorous planning, well-founded construction solutions and strong coordination on site.
Rocha da Luz Building
The Rocha da Luz project involves the construction of a collective residential building located in Praia da Luz, Lagos. The intervention resulted in the creation of a residential complex comprising 12 apartments and a communal swimming pool, developed in an area of approximately 1,800 m².
