Job Description:
We are recruiting an experienced and detail-oriented Budget Analyst to join our technical department in Lagos. The professional will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for our construction projects.
- Analysis of architectural and engineering projects.
- Survey of quantities of materials and services.
- Request and analysis of quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Preparation of comparative price charts.
- Calculation of direct and indirect project costs.
- Preparation of detailed budgets and commercial proposals.
- Identification of potential cost optimizations.
- Monitoring and review of budgets during project execution.
- Maintenance of updated price databases.
- Collaboration with other departments (commercial, production).
